Hi everyone,

It seems that some extensions have been setup in the following way, where if you dial 81(ext) your cell phone
actually rings, it sounds like some sort of call fowarding feature. Anyone heard of this? Thanks, Arnold.

Do a DNB 81 in LD 20 and post here.

Also post a TNB of 1 of the phones that this works on and post here.

Prt your ACDN in LD 23

REQ prt
TYPE acd
CUST 0
ACDN 81(DN)

And see if you see it built as a dummy ACD. That's where I would begin.

Hi Jamie2,

This is what I got after entering 81 at the ACDN field,
SCH0706
Shorter Directory Number Already Exists.

THEN DO A PRT ON THE DN 8 IN LD 20

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

8 could be ac2, then 1 plus the dn is a dsc.. ld 86 and prt dgt, if it's done that way or dsc's then the dmi's have to have the cell numbers.. because it's not acd's, i would look at ld 86 and 87

Thank you all for the responses. This is what I got with a LD 20
PRT dn
dn 8

TYPE NARS
NTBL AC2

Prt you SPN's in LD 90 AC2, it will list an RLI. goto LD 86 and prt the RLI.

Probally this way.

8 get's you to AC2
1+ext will be an SPN
An SPN will point to a RLI
The RLI will point to a DMI
The DMI will show the Cell number.
