Do you have any Call Acounting hooked to the system? The LD 80 command that you did showed you that ext 3106 dialed ext 2111.

You need to turn CDR on in the RDB, CDB, CFN and have some way to collect this data.

Suzy, in other words: Yes, it is possible, but not on a TN by TN basis. It is activated by trunk route, requires a dedicated TTY port, and without a CDR software package, requires an extreem desire to learn Procomm Aspect and any database that that can read the text files generated each day..

CLS ICDA will generate records of DN to DN calls if you have configured the options in LD15 and LD17. But without the options in LD16, you will not see calls over trunks.

A CDR software package can be obtained for less than the cost you will incur rigging a work-around

2- next step for the same ext. but for over trunks.

i tried to config. LD 15 but not accepted.

If CDR is "not" set to YES on the trunk routes, then you can set ICDA on a TN by TN basis and only capture internal calls on TNs with ICDA

LD 15 is just the "port" prompt if I remember right....so that means LD17 is the first order of business (that is where the Port is defined)

1. find a TTY port you can access. In other words, one you know works for LDs and such or one you can confirm works for LDs. It can be new, or it can be one you can live without for a period of time. Ideally, it is a new TTY port.

2. In LD17, REQ chg TYPE adan, ADAN, chg tty "n" andreutnrn until "USER" where you want XMTC XSCH XBUG XAUD CTY (no X before CTY, cuz that is CDR records)

3. "n" is the PORT to enter in LD15

4. Since you know the TTY worked from step 1, you can be sure call records will work. Just don't hit the keyboard. If you must hit the keyboard, add "SCH" back into USER.
