Dial up to Audix L X Intuity

Hi Guys,

I am trying to dial up to an Audix Intuity L X and I get the following error.

VMServer login: craft
Password:
Last login: Sun Jun 7 12:20:31 on ttyACM0
TERM=[linux]?
Access via this login is only available through the web, ADAP or console

Is there anyway of getting past the TERM=[linux] prompt so i can do some administration?

Any help would be appreciated...

Dialing into an LX is not the same as the normal Intuity MAP5. The initial connection is done through a dialup networking connection, like you would set up for internet access, for example. That connection would use a login like craftppp rather than craft. Once that connection is made via the modem, you use a web browser to connect to the IP address of the LX. This IP connection takes place over the dialup networking modem connection, and is where you would use the craft login and password.

You can add your own PPP login and password for initial access. Then use a secondary login and password once the PPP is established. Just like a linux server with CM.

The secondary login could be used for shell, admin, and the web browser.
