I have a Win XP user that dials into an NT Server using RAS. No problems authenticating to the domain, but cannot access network drives on the RAS server (the RAS server is the PDC for the domain). The user can even access drives on other servers in other domains, but he gets an error on the server that the path is not found. This happens when browsing through My Network Places or typing in the UNC name of the Share. But when he's logged in locally, he has no problems accessing these drives using same user credentials. Lastly, can ping the server using server name when dialed in. Any ideas? Thanks

As a good guess this is a digital encryption issue. A recent discussion has convinced me that setting the advanced properties of the DUN connection is the best way to approach the problem: thread779-560334
