Dial Up on Boot

Hi,

I have ISA Server 2004 running and have setup for it to dial the dsl connection, yet for some reason it doesnt upon booting of windows 2003 server?

How do I make it so it [windows or isa] dial a connection straight away, and keep trying until the cows come home if the connection fails (ie. more than the 99 default in windows)

Are the Microsoft ISA services in services.msc set to an automatically start upon startup?

Sure is

But it still doesnt dial on boot :(
