Dial tone goes off

Hi recentlt we install aastra mx one classic.
When i start the server we have tone in mdf
But after a few seconds the tone goes off
I think the problem is tmu cards
Because the leds goes green and then red
When its green we have tone but in the other case(red led on tmu) we dont have tone
What can i do with this problem
Pls guide me step by step because i am not expert in aastra systems.
