Dial Rules (Blocked Dialing) and Voicemail Forwarding

Currently, the number 819 is blocked from being called from certain extensions. How would one go about removing this blockage? Another question: Is it possible to automatically forward a voicemail left at one extension to another extension, or better yet, have an extension go to another extension's voicemail? Are these things possible?

go into programing of a set that is blocked and check the filter settings the filter is where the blocking happens

auto fwd voice mail message to another not with in the voice mail

any ext can go into another mail box as long as they know the password

eq ext 221 presses the feature 981 when the display shows password they dial * (or othr soft key)
then the display shows log: they just enter the mailbox number and password then the # or ok and they are in the other mailbox

How would I do that in system programming? I go to sets programming, then what?

Terminals & Sets/ Restrictions/ Set Restrictions to see which filter is applied to the set, then Terminals & Sets/ Restrictions/ filters to change.

Thanks a million! I will try it tomorrow. Just checking, that would fix the "RESTRICTED CALL" message for the numbers that are filtered, right?

Yes. Either change the filter that's assigned to the set, or remove the restriction on the filter itself.

Ok, tried it. Did not work. All it says under Restrictions is SET RESTRNS, no filters. Could it be another setting?

How are you getting into programming? Admin, or Config?

Config. **ADMIN did not work on my system.

By default, filters 00, 02, and 03 have no restrictions. Try assigning one of those.
