We have 2 locations. They are linked via IP. Our dial plan from the first location can dial 21xx and 26xx extensions but not 22xx extensions.
Here is the dial plan
0 1 attd
1 3 fac
1 4 ext
2 4 ext
3 4 ext
4 4 ext
5 4 ext
61 4 ext
8 3 dac
9 1 fac
* 2 fac
# 2 fac

Is there another location in the setup other than the dial plan that allows routing to those numbers?

Check the Uniform-Dial-Plan table.

Either change UDP or chang uniform you may have to add it there.

Thanks,
CJH
