Dial pause dial. 3rd party door lock

Morning all

Quick question we have our ip500v2 connected to a 3rd party building door entry system via a videx unit, we have speech path etc both ways however to open the door once you have hung up you must dial 0 after a few seconds dial 7 to re-engage the door lock obviously as its not going through the phone system relay cant just program up a relay pulse button.

is there a short code/button that will enable me to dial 0 pause then automatically dial the 7? as apparently remembering to dial 0 then 7 is to hard for the users...

try using commas in the telephone number field of your shortcode.

sorry should have said, i have tried this but i don't think the pause is long enough between the 0 and 7 - or at least didn't seem to work for example short code was:

*54
Dial
0,7

i then set up a button to dial *54 but this didn't seem to work, i will do some further tests now though.
