Dial Pad Issue

After dialing a phone number and reaching a Menu

The Dial Pad is inactive when trying to select Menu Option

XXX XXX XXXX
for Sales Dial "5" for example
Dial Pad is inactive ("5") doesn't respond

When dialing a phone number All Keys Work

Sounds like a DTMF issue.

Are you using PRI or SIP trunks?
Is the menu on a system dialed over PSTN?
Does it work when calling local VDNs/vectors/voicemail that have DTMF input?
