Dial Out IP500 v5.0

When I dial out a phone number let assume 905-555-5555 all you see on the screen is 9555555 It misses some of the digits. How come?

Number 2 - When calls come into the business I have all of the lines in Line group 0 and incoming call route setup to Main:200 Huntgroup so the 2 phones in the huntgroup ring together. They are complaining that they are missing calls the will pick up the phone when it rings on talk path b and all they will get is dialtone. Then they can hang up the phone it will ring again and pickup and the call will be there any ideas on this problem?

If yes then read the install doc that is located on the SD card -> system -> doc

Can you pleas be more specific where the install document is located? Is it on the Install CD that comes with IP Office? The system doesn't have a SD card.

What system do you have?
What release do you have?

what is your dial out code? Are you dialing 99055551111?

The system is an IP500 running 5.0 (18) Level Software

My dialing plan is 9055555555 dont have to dial 9

Normally out of the box you have to dial 9 this time it was out of the box with the 9 burried so you just dial the phone number..

The IPOffice 500 is not V2

my guess is that your ARS code is like this

905xxxxxxx
dial
N

then it only sends out the xxxxxxx so it shows it in your display
