Does any version of Partner VS have the "dial by name directory" feature? Also, has anyone ever heard of a partner VS feature "Sync with Microsoft Exchange"? I guess that would be like unified messaging?

No, the first Partner voice mail with company directory was Partner Messaging R1. The only Voice mail that can do unified messaging is Partner Messaging R6. R1 could do I beleive.
