Dial by Name

I have been messing with the Dial by name in IPO 9.0.3 and can't seem to get the false to work.
Example: someone gets into the dial by name menu and never hits anything or waits 15 seconds. how do I send them back to the main menu?
I don't see a timeout

They would need to press # to get back, which it does not say by default. I'll usually put a menu before the dbn option that allows them to choose first or last, and say "to return to this menu press #". Hopefully they remember that.
