Dial By Name

I have a TFN which comes into the switch fine. I get it routed correctly but the site wants the ability to dial by name.

This is where I am a bit rusty.

I have my VSID and various announcements but cant seem to get it to process.

Could someone give me a quick run down on this process.

If this is MerMail, then you need to have the calls answered by a Thru-Dialer, or at least have one be a choice on the MS (Menu Service)
