Dial by name issue

For some reason on my IP office 406, we are unable to get Dial by name working correctly. We have an option in a menu for Dial by name and Then to Transfer to Extn by $key, but the voice keeps saying that the name is not found. I have it set to users and groups and First names. The First name is all the Customer has listed.

Make sure the users have recorded their names in their vm box. How did you put the names in for the user, last name first maybe?

Also remember that it is the Full Name (in the user tab) that is listed in the dial by name feature not the first option wich says only name.

Full Name : FirstName(space)LastName

And the recording of the user name in their voicemail to enable the feature.

Yaze nailed the importance of the space between the full name. Without a space, its all one name only.
