DIal by Name Issue

Have an 11C with Mermail

when I try and dial by name a user with the last name of Brandel I get a user with the last name of Croxton instead.

Boxes are coreect in mermail


Any ideas what might be causing this?

out both boxes and recreate. looks like data corruption.

Make sure user name is spelled right and feature "name dialable by external caller" is enabled

if still a problem, out and rebuilt mailbox

where do I find this "name dialable by external caller"?
I can't seem to locat it.
