Dial by name feature doesn't work for some users, how can i fix that? 3

Hi Everyone,

Dial by name is working fine for most users, but for some reason it doesn't work for people who later join the company. I made sure they record a greeting on their VM, and made sure their Voicemail is on. Whenever i try to dial their name in the directory through Auto Attendant, it just says name not found!

I am using Avaya IP Office v2, with embedded Voicemail enabled.

Do you have any idea or need more information from me to help me fix this please?
 
When I've run across that, either the name is spelled wrong, ex-directory is checked or the user hasn't recorded their spoken name in their mailbox (not the greeting, but the name they're prompted to record when initializing the mailbox).
 
Thank you @biv343, your differentiation between "not the greeting" and "spoken name" recording helped a lot. I recorded using *17 and then *05 the spoken name recording.
