Dial By Name/Audix Transfer Incorrect

We have 3 locations being serviced by the same Audix system. When accessing the main site's main # and going through "dial by name", we are good on 2 of the sites...but the 3rd one only sends the call to the person and not on to their voicemail...instead it sends the call to the guest access # (or "enter the extension you want to leave a message for" prompt). Site 3 is an S8300 w/CM3.0.1 and the main site is an S8710 w/CM 3.1.1. The other ok site is a Prologix V9. Only other difference is site 3 gets its dial tone from the main site. I made several changes but get the same result. Ideas? Anything w/regard to QSIG?
 
If you setup a QSIG trunk between site 3 and the main site it should work. The problem is the Audix isn't receiving the digits from the extension, so it doesn't know which VM box to send it to. If you setup a QSIG trunk it will pass the extension and work.
