Dial By Extension

Hi,

I have set up a MLAA on an embedded voicemail on a CX controller Rel 6.0 SP1 however I am having difficulty is having it dial by extension or by name. The VM option to dial any extension is set to yes but it still does not work. Any thoughts?

You cant Dial by name or Extension is using MLAA - only single digit to a valid mailbox extension

Only the Main Auto-Att can provide BOTH of those functions

Thanks for your response. I have that programmed for single digit transfer to valid mailbox extensions. How does the Main Auto-Att provide these functions as I am not able to get it working right.

From the Main Auto-Att, you can use Single digit Mailboxes (Transfer Only) to perform the same function.

However. if you have more than 1 requirement for a dial 1 then you're gonna have a bad time.
