We have an intermittent issue of a people calling into our voice mail system to our "Back Line". Some times when they dial the extension, they are told the extension is invalid.
I have not been able to reproduce but I am told that of the people calling in call frequently and it works some times and not others. Any ideas?
We have a CICS with I think RLS 4.0 and an older NAM.
