Dial by extension not working intermitanty

We have an intermittent issue of a people calling into our voice mail system to our "Back Line". Some times when they dial the extension, they are told the extension is invalid.

I have not been able to reproduce but I am told that of the people calling in call frequently and it works some times and not others. Any ideas?

We have a CICS with I think RLS 4.0 and an older NAM.

On another matter. How do you determine the maximum number of mailboxes that are available on the NAM?

I also did some other searches here and found that I can simply plug in a laptop and change the redirect setting using Nortel Voicemail Manager. I'm sure I have that software around here somewhere. Now the challenge is finding it.
 
I installed the NVM software but could never get it to connect. I used the instructions here.

But I cant get in manually to make the change.
I have gone back to my vendor but they said the patch disk is no longer available on Nortel's website. They are trying to see if any of their techs in other cities might still have it but so far no luck. I have even contacted other vedors about it but no luck there either.
 
Thanks I will give it a try as soon as we can schedule a reboot.
