I was on a service call today, The customer cancelled a line. That line was grabbed when the customer does an intercom , "9". Now he gets dead air? I tried just about everything to remove this line from the pool. I moved it to an unused pool. Still the stations try to use this dead co?? driving me crazy. WHAT am I missing???

Thank you
Steve

Are you sure your changing the right line? There is no reason you would get dead air when a 9 is pressed. If you look at the line the pool is selecting, change it to public instead of pool and see what happens.

It was Public originally. Yes it is the correct line.

So this line is being selected everytime a 9 is used to access the line pool, even though you removed it from the pool?

What is the line number in question? Which Norstar do you have? Remember that line numbers aren't always what they appear to be. For example, line 5 might really be line 025, etc. etc. Line 9 might be line 49 etc. Depends on your system.
