can somebody tell me how to program DIAL 9 on Nortel option 11c PABX?

You will see the AC1 or AC2. These are your access codes. It is not as simple as just adding it. You will need to point NPA's, SPN's, etc to use these AC's.

What do you want 9 to do? Access BARS, a trunk route, what?
