DHCP Service on Windows 2003 Member Server

I wanted to see if anyone has had issues with the DHCP service stopping on its own. We checked the event viewer but nothing in the logs give us any idication as to why this happens. This is a Windows 2003 member server joined on to a domain.

Would anyone have any ideas? Is there anything else we could check besides the event viewer?

If you haven't already done so....
When I had trouble with my DHCP server, the problem was indentified by checking the actual DHCP log.

%systemroot\system32\dhcp\*.log

It may shed some light on your problem.
