You can also change the lease period on the box itself for whatever scope concerns you
 
I typed from the command prompt the first command and the response was following:<br>

no adapters bound to TCP/IP are enabled for DHCP<br>
<br>
I checked in network settings and the adapter bindings have the DHCP and TCP/IP enabled...<br>

Any ideas?
 
The question is not fully displayed so I'll post it again:<br>

How can I refresh the DHCP so that it gives new IP leases to clients because I have machines with static IP addresses, yet the server tries to allocate those to other clients again. Then I get IP conflict error messages.
 
In the DHCP Manager go to SCOPE then Properties and add the addresses as exclusions.<br>
