if i put a static address to the phone it works, but not on dhcp.
i can ping my dhcp server

i have an issue with my ip office,my ip phone doesnt find the dhcp server

here is the string in data and voice

L2Q=1,L2QVLAN=120,HTTPSRVR=192.168.120.1,MCIPADD=192.168.120.1,TFTPSRVR=192.168.120.1,MCPORT=1719,VLANTEST=0

am i missing something ?

if it ain't broke don't fix it!

The data string should only have VLAN info, the voice string should have the rest but not the VLAN info :)

data:

L2Q=1,L2QVLAN=120

Voice:
HTTPSRVR=192.168.120.1,MCIPADD=192.168.120.1,TFTPSRVR=192.168.120.1,MCPORT=1719,VLANTEST=0

is that right ?

if it ain't broke don't fix it!

If it's option 242, remove the TFTPSRVR part, cause this is only fot the 56xx IP phones that use the option 176

will the TFTPSRVR part could cause the phone to dont find dhcp server ?

if it ain't broke don't fix it!

No it does not.
Setup the DHCP server in the data network to provide the VLAN info only.
Then in the voice vlan be sure that the IPO is the DHCP server or a 3rd party DHCP server.
In there provide all the other info.

BAZINGA!
