I was been assigned to take care of the AD, DNS, and DHCP of my company. However, the previous employee, did a horrible job, now I am here to clean up his mess.
Here is my problem, I found out that my DHCP is actually
giving out the same IP to two different computers. I tried
to trouble shoot it with my limited DHCP knowledge. I know
that there are two DHCP servers each with different IP range, and these two network are not connected. Even if it DID connect somewhere, it couldn't possible cause this problem, since the IP range is different. But that is not the case here.
Has anyone ever had this kind of problem before??
I really do need a help here.
Thanks
