Okay I have a dhcp server that was running about 15 address. I needed more but I couldn't increase by 32 because I didn't have that many available address on the top end. meaning my ip's were x.x.x.50 to x.x.x.65 and couldn't go over x.x.x.65. I can however, go from x.x.x.40 to x.x.x.65. So I deleted the scope and tried to add a new scope. when I enter the start address, x.x.x.40, and the end address x.x.x.65 and the subnet mask it gives me an error of "The specified range either overlaps with an already existing range or is invalid"
Anyone have any clue how to fix this?
I now have no scope on my dhcp server
