Thanks in advance!
In event veiwer i keep getting the warning-The DHCP server issued a NACK to the client (00C002516321) for the address (0.0.0.0) request. Is there a way I can find out what device (00C002516321)this is? And why it is requesting the address of 0.0.0.0?

Not sure about the 0.0.0.0 but the hardare address 0C002516321 is a sercomm nic. There could be some app requesting this address? Hope that helps somewhat

As soon as the DHCP server issues a NACK you may be able to use the command prompt ARP command and give you the information you are looking for.
