I'm in the process of configuring Dfs replication between two servers. I am at the point where all Dfs components are installed on both servers. One server is the primary (first one setup) Dfs server. The other one is being used for namespace replication as well as file replication. Dfs is configured on the first one and I have been able to replicate the namespace onto the second one. When I go to configure file replication I get to the option to create replication group, I click yes and then I get this error.
The following folder targets cannot be added as DFS Replication members.
Details: The DFS Replication subscriber object cannot be created in Active Directory. There are insufficient permissions to create DFSR-Local Settings container.
I've followed the excellent directions of Mitch Tulloch from on dfs. He just doesnt cover getting this error!
