df -k not showing lv increase

i increased the logical on an AIX 5.2 p630 machine
using extendlv. But i dont not see the increase when doing a df -k. The LV was unmounted during the increase.
if i do a lsvg datavg i see the free PPs has decrease correctly.

df -k give the size of the filesystem.
Maybe need to make chfs.
Use smitty fs, it icrease the lv automaticaly.

Hi,

run lsfs -q <filesystem_name>.
You can see the lv size an the fs size.
Change your filesystem to lv size with smitty chfs.
