Device Manager 5.5.1.0

Hi,

When I click with the right button on top of some port, click in the option graph to verify details of the port, he gives me the following mistake:
Error java.lang.No ClassDefFoundError

Passport 3.2.1.0
Device Manager: 5.5.1.0

Does some new device version exist ?
Do I need some Java updating ?

I would reinstall the 1.3.0 JRE and JDM is up to 5.5.2.0 I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

I just had the same problem with J2re1_3_0-win / JDM_5510

1.Unistall the JRE and the JDM.
2.Make sure the JavaSoft and the JDM dir. have been deleted.
3.Delete the device Managers icons from your desktop.
4.Remove any javaSoft and JDM entries from your registry.
5.Re-install the javaSoft
6.Re-install the Device Manager

This should do it.
