Hello, I'm trying to find out the call's ANI from transfers.
I'm running an option 61c with Max9. When our agents transfer calls to our sales Q(from an TFN), once they're transfered we cannot tell (from reports) where the calls end up.
Is there a way to find out where the calls go to?
