Determine oversea IP?

Hi,
Its difficult to get a definitive list of IP addresses by country because whole blocks are under control of regional registries, i.e. arin (north & south america, bits of africa), ripe (europe, russia, middle east, other bits of africa) and apnic (asia pacific). This will give a rough idea of those --> .
If you just want to do ad-hoc look ups the tools here are quite useful --> . Just put an ip address in the top box and see what it finds.
