Hello, got a job coming up for a customer with an Option 21, 2 PRIs, approx. 280 digital sets and 30 analog sets. Customer is having all new voice and data station wiring installed. I'll be swinging all the digital and analog sets over to the new feeders and station cables in a month.
Question: what is the feature code to enter at a digital set that will show me that set's DN?
I'm a BCM tech so please bear with me.
Thanks in advance, Lanny

Sadly, there is not such a code. You have to call someone that has a digital display - and they tell you what number you are at.

Thanks for the quick response.

Got another quick question if that's okay - I've heard that once in a while a TN will freeze up and it's necessary to disable then re-enable the TN in programming to get the phone working again. What is the exact process to do this?

To Disable

>LD 32

.DISU 2 0 3 4 (If 2-0-3-4 was the TN)

To Enable

>LD 32

.ENLU 2 0 3 4 (If 2-0-3-4 was the TN)

That should show them as: (500 = analog & 2000 = digital)

2000 00 1809 08 0 00 00

sorry I read the original post wrong, but LD 81 still might help.
