Hello all,

I have been asked if I can provide a attendant with the ability to see if a user has call-fwrd or SAC active, before they transfer a call to that extension. Currently they have a busy-ind light, but that only tells them if they are on a call, and they would like a bit more control.

Is there a way to determine if a user has SAC or call-fwrd active, or a specific button on their station active?

They are running CM6.

Thank you

What kind on Console are you using? My Console has a Busy Lamp Field adjunct. When the extension lite is flashing the set is SAC'ed or Call FWD. If the lite is solid user is busy. If the lamp in out the phone is on hook normal.

Hope this helps
