Determine File Owner 2

I know I've done this before, but I have been
searching and searching, and I kind find out/
remember how.

How can you determine the owner (or creator)
for a file?

Window Explorer-Right click on the file-Properties-Security-Ownership.

If you are using Windows 2000:

Right click on the file.
Properties
Security
Hit the advanced button
Then click the owner tab
