Detecting fax tone

Hallo All,

Quick question. Is there an add-on or some other way to provide me with the following feature? I need to have one number to be used for both phone and fax. If the call is a fax call, this should be detected and routed accordingly. If the call is a voice call ditto.

G3R 9.5, conversant v7, CMSv8.

And I DO NOT have an audix...

Hmm I have a feeling I talked to you recently on the phone...

Did some more research... have found some devices called "fax switch" only problem is do they also work in Holland. Most of the devices are sold by companies in the US and meant to be put between the phone and fax/modem and the phoneline. And I think also for analog lines only.

Here is the scenario. I make an analog station, with a port patched to a jack in the wall. To that jack I connect this thing. If the call received is a fax, I guess I could patch the outgoing 'fax' line to another jack where the fax machine is connected.
If the call is a voice call, how would I route that to a group of agents?
