Can you do a details section for a GroupHeader section?

Details are always nested within a group. What exactly do you want to do? Please be specific.

Hi Lbass,

In detail then..

I have the following fields.. entrydate; totalprice; salesperson; companyname;.

With your assistance before, I created a cross tab in the report header based on entrydate and totalprice.

In the GroupHeaderSection1 I created a cross tab based on salesperson and total price.

Thus I have two groupings, one based on entrydate, and one on salesperson.

So when the report is running, in the left hand pane, I have a listing for each month, and under each month the salesperson.

Now what I'd like to be able to do, is drill down just a step further, and be able to see what companies each salesperson sold to. ie, by clicking on the salespersons name in the left hand pane (Not the cross tab) I could see what that person had done in the month..

Please let me know if I need to provide any other details..

You could add a crosstab to the salesperson group footer that uses company as a row and sales as a summary.

Hey LB...

When I add in a cross tab under the salesperson group footer, all data disappears from the report...

I'm sure that I have my tables linked correctly...
