Hi,

Is it possible to run a report in the phone system to see which numbers called in to bridge lines/conference lines?

We currently have the IP Office Manager 5.2 (54).

Reports are not something that is there by default. You could get the info out of the SMDR from Delta Server.

If you want the info easy and pretty you will need to look at Call Logging S/W

We use Oak AiOffice
You will then be able to run a report on the DDI of the Conference Bridge as well as plenty of other things along the way.

As per the various readings, I looked for the SMDR component on the IP Admin CD and can't seem to find it. Is there any other place, I can look for it?

It's called the Deltaserver and can be found in de CBC directory of the Admin CD.
 
Install Delta Server. Once the PC has rebooted after install, go to Start>Programs>CCC (???)>Delts Server. It will open a web page. 1st go to Comms and get the switch connected. Search for the system and then click apply. What you are looking for is Comms Restored at the top of the page (ie not init comms). Then go to SMDR, tick log file enables and then give a file path and file name (SMDR.CSV) then click apply.

Job done.
