We just upgraded to a new switch. (Avaya CS 1000) and Call Pilot 5. Desktop messaging has been activated however after I listen to the voicemail through Outlook, the Message Indicator light on the phone continues to blink and the CP MWI icon (on my PC taskbar)says that I still have a message waiting.
The only way I can get the light to go out on my phone and MWI icon is to check my voicemail through my phone and to clear out the message.
Has anyone seen this behaviour before?
