Okay, I tried this in the CallPilot forum without any luck. I have been using desktop messaging for about 2 years with no issues. Last week I had my PC re-imaged and now my desktop messaging is not working properly. I have reloaded the desktop and mail (groupwise) software several times... I get the message in the desktop messaging folder, but when I click on it, it will not open the player and it just opens up as a text email. ANY IDEAS?
