Desktop Messaging for Nam

Does anyone have the install and user guide for Desktop messaging for a NAM.

Clinet wants to take voice mail and convert it into email audio files.

They have a MICS DR5 with a NAM 4.1

they don't have a mics w dr5 software so you either have a 8x24 w dr5 or a mics w possible 5.0 maybe i don't know look on your software card it will tell you the level as far as setting up desktop msg on a nam you need to run the disk that came w the nam @ each pc i believe it's been awhile...

The software is available on the 4.1 disc. Will not work with Vista. I think there might have been a patch for XP .

Norstarboy- Most MICS/CICS sw cards did have "DR" printed on them before the revision. I agree, it is a little misleading.
