Desktop messaging Fax not sent

Here is a copy of cptrace: It acts like it can't login to send. Fax's out fine.

All callpilot agents have ncos and tgar set fine. Dialing in house fax.

While looking through some other posts I did some checking. When I did some changing to fqdn to say callpilot.altru.net (we use active dir here) I can't remember what ipconfig/all said but it must have led me to believe I needed to change. I did another cp trace after making the change and it looks like it logs in now but different error. See below:

At the bottom of the trace file it looks like bad recipient
(do I neeed dc=callpilot,dc=altu.net ?) in cpmgr setting on messaging? Everything message wise seems to work fine.
Can't get address book down load - error's out. like the fax send. ?

TOVERBO....Check your FQDN definitions in NETWORKING section-it must be exactly the same as "full computer name"
in "My computer" properties.

Your LDAP directory setting should be dc=callpilot,dc=altu,dc=net (not dc=altu.net) in cpmgr and on desktop messaging settings, I beleive
