Win XP Pro: My all icons on desktop disapeared from screen and apeared in task bar at the botom. How can i bring these all icons (desk top) back.

You have to right click on your Desktop, and then select "Arange Icons By" and last click on the "Show Desktop Icons".

And if I understand you correctly,you'll have to right click the taskbar and under 'toolbars' uncheck 'desktop'.
