Desktop Folder Redirection Problem

Server = MS Terminal Server 2008 Enterprise R2

I’m having a problem with folder redirection not working for the “Desktop” in a GPO. When users log onto the server it does not direct desktop. In the event viewer on the server, it just states that Error with Event Id 502, Source Folder Redirection. “Failed to build the list of known sub folders”. Error details, “The system cannot find the file specified.”

Here is what I have tried so far with no success.
• Performed MS updates on policy server and terminal server so they are up to date.
• Given the user full permission rights to the folder I’m trying to re-direct too.
• Tried deleting the profile and deleting user in registry and then recreating the profile.
• Checked the path in the GPO is correct. The link even works in the error log.

After researching this I’ve run out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated!
