desk top icon locking

Hi all I have a network of 100+ XP Pro machines
I would like to be able to lock the position of the desktop icons, or be able to arrange them as I wish (admin)so that they cannot be rearranged.

Some lead, some follow....I just Hope!

Push a registry change through Group Policy:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
NoSaveSettings DWORD with a value of 1

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
NoSaveSettings DWORD with a value of 1

This will not save the desktop settings between logons.
