Designer Generated Code Not Generating

I've just upgraded from Visual Studio 2005 to Visual Studio 2008 (Version 8) and whenever I add a new control to an existing web form (or create a brand new web form) none of the "Web Form Designer Generated Code" is generated. Is there a switch or setting somewhere that I need to set in order to get the code to be automatically created?

I think you mean you're going from VS 2003 to 2005/2008. There is no longer Web Form Designer Generated Code visible like it was in 2003 in 2005 & 2008.
