This file needs to be parsed by an IBM tech, call IBM support and they will ask you to email the raidlog file. They will parse the file and advise. Basically if you read the bottom of the logfile you will get a text based description of the error message. A lot of the error codes you will see in this raid log are just data and stripe recoveries and reconfiguration * ( normal ) and are not a concern.
