A former employee of ours wrote some custom software. Upon leaving he destroyed the deployment project. I have all of the files and everything works properly when i recompiled the project. The problem i am having is that our Lawer has just updated the Liscence agreement. I need to reflect this change when the software is deployed and the user is required to accept before installation may continue. This task is completly outside of my expierience and therefore I am looking for any tutorials, tips or any other basic information to accomplish this as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Thanks in advance

create a new "Setup and Deployment project"\Setup Project. Add any files you need to your project, there is no problems. You can look in MSDN how to use it. Is very easy, and very easy to understand install as well as MSDN information.

Ive just tried making a test deployment project, but when i try to add a new folder in the start menu, it gives all the shortcuts the same crap looking icon! it makes it look like all icons are .txt files or something. even when i click on change icon (i choose a .exe with an icon inside it) and it still wont work! why cant they just have their default icons on the target machine?
